This once-a-year journey takes you to Fairbanks for the legendary Midnight Sun Game, where first pitch is thrown under the glow of the summer solstice and the game plays on without artificial lights. In addition, you’ll cruise the Chena River on an authentic sternwheeler, soak in the rejuvenating waters of Chena Hot Springs, and sip cocktails from ice glasses inside the dazzling Aurora Ice Museum.
From there, we head into the wild heart of Alaska, Denali National Park, in search of moose, caribou, grizzlies, and perhaps a clear view of the towering mountain itself. You’ll travel south aboard the iconic Denali Star Train, with its panoramic dome cars revealing mountains, valleys, and rivers at every turn. The adventure wraps with a day exploring the stunning Kenai Peninsula, home to glaciers, rugged coastline, and some of the best wildlife viewing in the state.
