Japan Tour

20th Season Logo SmallerWe are absolutely thrilled to host our first ever Japan Tour in 2025!

Japan is an absolutely beautiful country that is rich with history. Japanese baseball is no different. Many of their stars have made the jump to the Majors while many US players have landed on teams in Japan. There are 12 teams across four islands that make up the Nippon Baseball League. This Japan Tour 2025 will give you a chance to experience baseball in a different culture with fans who absolutely love the sport.

The Japanese baseball schedule will be released sometime late 2024 or early 2025. Spots will be limited. So, grab your spot while you can!

Japan May 2025
The tour will be 10-14 Days, with options for you to extend your trip.
We are aiming for mid- to late-May to start the tour, but the game schedule might shift that a bit.

Cities:
- We will fly in and out of Tokyo, so we’ll start and end the tour there. We expect to include Osaka and Hiroshima, and hope to include Sapporo (Ohtani’s former team), too. We’ll look at other options and include them if we can!

General itinerary information:
- For our US guests, we’ll plan to meet in Seattle, likely spend the night there, and fly to Tokyo together.

- From there, the itinerary will include 4-6 baseball games, additional site seeing tours, and free days to explore the cities on your own.
- Additional site seeing tours could include: day tour to Mt. Fuji, tour of historical castle or temples, tour of Hiroshima memorial site, tour of brewery or factories, or other such sites as our schedule allows.
- Hotels will be in the heart of the cities, just like in the US. One difference is that their rooms are much smaller and typically only accommodate two people, so Single and Double packages will be available, but we won’t be able to offer Triples or Quads (3-4 people in one room).
- Tickets will be premium seats, just like our US tours. For at least one game, we plan to sit with home/away cheering sections to get a unique Japanese baseball experience. Most of the games we will sit in lower level seats between the bases, just like you’re accustomed to on our tours.

Overall tour information:
- Public transportation is the way to go in Japan. We will use the train system most of the time. One exception, anytime we’re moving with our luggage, we’ll have a motor coach pick us up at the hotel, station, or airport and transfer us to the next location or to our train or plane that we’re taking between cities.
- As usual in most big cities, there will be a lot of walking.
- Japan is a beautiful, clean, and safe country.
- Don’t let language be a concern for you. We just returned from a trip in April and none of us could say much more than good morning and thank you. Many of their signs have English and the translation apps on phones are amazing.

Airfare to/from Japan:
- We will provide optional airfare for our guests to/from Japan
- Our plan is to meet in Seattle and go over together, but some might want to extend their stay in Japan, most won’t likely want to fly back to Seattle, so we’ll dial in those details with each guest
