How the offer works

Book an eligible 2027 Big League Tours MLB tour during the promotional period and receive one complimentary hotel night to extend your trip either before your tour begins or after your tour ends.

Use the extra night to:

• Arrive a day early and settle in before the tour begins
• Explore the city at your own pace
• Enjoy another dinner, neighborhood, or ballpark experience
• Take a slower morning before heading home
• Give yourself a little more breathing room around your travel plans

Promotion Details

• Offer: One complimentary hotel night per qualifying tour booking.
• Eligible travel: 2027 MLB tours offered by Big League Tours.
• Booking period: Reservations must be made during the promotional period, beginning Tuesday, September 29, 2026 and ending Saturday, October 31, 2026 (or the day of the final game of the post season, whichever comes first).
• Hotel night: The complimentary night may be used either immediately before the tour begins or immediately after the tour ends.
• Reservation requirement: The qualifying tour must be booked and paid according to Big League Tours' standard reservation requirements during the promotional period.
• Hotel: The complimentary night will be arranged by Big League Tours and is subject to hotel availability. 
• Room type: The complimentary night includes the same room category selected on the tour for the registered guest(s). 
• One night per booking: The promotion provides one complimentary hotel night per qualifying tour reservation, regardless of the number of travelers on the reservation. 
• No cash value: The complimentary hotel night has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a cash payment or credit.
• Non-transferable: The promotion is non-transferable and may only be used by the guest(s) associated with the qualifying tour reservation.
  
• Changes and cancellations: If the qualifying tour reservation is cancelled, transferred, or otherwise becomes ineligible under Big League Tours' standard cancellation policies, the complimentary hotel night is forfeited. 
• Availability: Complimentary hotel nights are subject to availability. If the requested hotel or date is unavailable, Big League Tours may offer an alternative hotel or arrangement. 
• Airfare and other travel expenses: The promotion applies only to the qualifying hotel night. Airfare, transportation outside the included tour itinerary, meals, taxes/fees not ordinarily included with the hotel booking, and other personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
• Big League Tours reserves the right to correct errors, clarify these terms, or end the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law and any qualifying reservations already confirmed under the offer.
