New Info Videos about our Baseball Tours

Posted by Doug Lawson on Sat, Jan 12, 2013 @ 12:36 PM

If you haven't had a chance to visit our Big League Tours home page lately. I invite you to take a look.  www.bigleaguetours.com Glenn and I took time recently to record some videos that give an overview of the Big League Tours Differences.  One of the biggest differences is the location of the seats when guests travel with Big League Tours.  We guarantee lower level infield seats for every game.  We know that many of our guests are seeing the ballparks like Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park and Wrigley Field for the first and only time.  And because of that, we make sure everyone has great seats. We don't purchase group seats in the upper deck or way down the line in the outfield.  Here's the video where Glenn talks about why we think sitting close to the action is important.

Four Options to Visit the East Coast Baseball Stadiums

Posted by Doug Lawson on Fri, Dec 07, 2012 @ 11:48 AM

The Full East Coast- Touch 'em All Out East is the baseball tour that most fans dream ofOriole Park at Camden Yards taking.  It includes ballgames in Citizens Bank Park, Nationals Park, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, Fenway Park, as well as, a day trip to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.  This year, though, we thought, "What if someone wants to see some of these stadiums, but can't do the whole tour?"  And that's how we came up with the four different East Coast options in June.

The first option is the NEW Atlantic Beltway Tour.  This tour covers the first part of the East Coast Tour.  It will start in Philadelphia, visit Baltimore, and end in D.C. It's a great 4 night tour that will give our guests the chance to check 3 stadiums off their baseball bucket list. We have a great group of folks already booked on this tour and look forward to adding more travelers.  Here's the link for the Atlantic Beltway Tour page: http://www.bigleaguetours.com/2013-baseball-tours/multi-city-tours/atlantic-beltway/

The second option is the Hall of Fame Tour 2.  We always offer Hall of Fame Tours, and this trip is essentially the second part of the East Coast Tour.  It will start in NYC and include games at Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, and Fenway Park.  Plus the day trip to Cooperstown. Check out the informational video for the HoF 2 Tour below:

The third option is the Big Apple Tour 1.  The Big Apple is just the New York portion of the East Coast Tour.  Guests will come into NYC for games at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field, and join us on the day trip to the Hall of Fame. Here's the link: http://www.bigleaguetours.com/2013-baseball-tours/multi-city-tours/big-apple-tour-1/

Of course, when you put those tours together, you have the fourth option, and the granddaddy of all tours: the Full East Coast Tour- Touch 'em All Out East.  That's 8 nights in luxury hotels, 6 games at some of the most iconic stadiums in baseball, plus a trip to the Hall of Fame. Here's the tour page and video link: http://www.bigleaguetours.com/2013-baseball-tours/multi-city-tours/east-coast/

With the new Atlantic Beltway, as well as, the other tours offered on the East Coast, we think we have the best selection of trips in the business.  All of our Multi-City Tours include lower level infield seats at every game; luxury hotel accommodations in the heart of the city or near the ballpark; a Big League Tours MLB Player Experience; Stadium Tours; a BLT Tour Host on site; all transportation while on the tour; and lots of Big League Tours extras.  We hope you will join us in 2013.

The Destination Tours have been designed for travelers who would like to spend time in one city, enjoy some baseball games and events, and take advantage of custom tour options. Baseball Tour Videos On Line

Posted by Doug Lawson on Thu, Nov 15, 2012 @ 11:13 AM

Glenn and I spent Monday making informational videos for the website. We thought it would be a good idea to discuss all the aspects of our baseball tours in a video format. That way, prospective customers can get a better sense of our baseball vacation packages and who we are. I think they turned out pretty good. It's amazing what you can do with an Ipad and IMovie. We tried to go through the basic itinerary of each tour, and discuss some of the Big League Tours differences. We also took some time to talk about some of our favorite ballparks, like Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Wrigley Field, AT&T Ballpark, and PNC Park. We're no Redford and Newman, but I think the informal videos will help fans make a decision as to which baseball tour they want to join.

The last tour video we shot was for the Big Apple Tour 2. It was late in the day, and we got a little loose with it. So, no offense to our Mets and Yankees fans, but we posted it anyway. I put it here too, so go ahead and take a look. It's all in fun. Go to the website too, to check out the other videos. We would appreciate any feedback you might have.
